Sometimes we come across that moment, you know what I mean that moment when that great idea comes into your mind. That exciting moment that stood sharply the hair from the back of your head. That moment that turned the surface of your skin into a goose-bump bay. That moment that dilated your pupils and somersaulted your heart.
Design is an important part of our everyday lives, which many people don’t realise they are affected by. Whether it is used to nudge people to make certain decisions subconsciously, or the detailed use of behavioural economics to influence buy decisions, design is used to gently coerce people’s behaviours and actions.
